If we would have asked you about Lemp Brewpub & Kitchen a few days ago, probably you would have asked where is this place? Not now though. But all publicity is not good publicity. The place is amidst a controversy after an anonymous blog named “How Lunch at Lemp BrewPub Gurgaon turned out to be the most horrid experience ever� was posted on blogspot.
The blog has now been removed but till the time it existed, there were comments from hundreds of angry readers who described the Lemp Management as Goons and thugs. The lemp rating on Zamato has suffered badly from 3.1 before the blog was posted to 1.2 at the time of writing this article. There have been hundreds of shares of the blog on Facebook and retweets on twitter mentioning the Blog.
After saying mum for a few days, Lemp finally responded by making a statement that this online campaign against it was the work of a “full-fledged digital and social media agency hired solely with a particular motive. The owner of the restaurant later filed a case with the police against the people who wrote the blog post. Now, that the blog has already been removed, you never know if there are any arrests awaiting the people who wrote the blog, considering our country’s history where a status update on Facebook has got people arrested more than once, you just never know!

But the big question is: “What are the people’s sentiments towards Lemp BrewPub & Kitchen on Social Media after they have come out and made a statement accusing the youngsters who wrote the blog for defaming them and as per them the blog writers themselves are guilty ones�
Here are the key findings of the people’s perception based on the sentiment analysis performed using myRosys:
• After the analysis of the posts on Lemp BrewPub & Kitchen on the social media, we found that 93 (13%) posts across the social media were made with positive sentiments, maybe due to the sponsored posts from Lemp Brewpub & kitchen on Facebook or perhaps the previous customers who were satisfied with the services of Lemp & Brew were rejecting the claims made by the blog. Quite naturally, negative responses were flowing with 314 (43%) posts having negative responses. 315 (44%) posts had a neutral tone to them.
