Terms and conditions

The contest So you think you can blog is being organized by myRosys. The contest participants agree to the below terms and conditions and acknowledge that decisions of myRosys will be final and binding on all matters relating to this contest:

Eligibility criteria for participation:

A participant can be a social media enthusiast, a student, someone working in the IT industry, an entrepreneur, or even a high school dropout.

Registration Fee:

There is no registration fee required to participate in the contest.

Code of conduct

Professional behaviour is expected from all participants. Participants should also abide by applicable intellectual property rights laws in their submissions. Each participant is required to maintain the highest standard of honesty and integrity throughout the contest. Any violation of the terms and conditions or breach of integrity will result in immediate disqualification of the participant.

Ownership:

The ownership of the content will solely lie with the participant and no third party is allowed to use the content written by a participant

Governing Law/ Disputes

By entering the contest, participants agree that any and all disputes shall be governed by the law of republic of India, and courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.

Miscellaneous:

The issuance of these terms and conditions in no way constitutes an agreement between myRosys and the contest participants. The information contained in any documentation made available to a participant shall be used only for the purpose of participating in a contest.

– myRosys reserves the right to disqualify any participant or team in its sole discretion, without any liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if any participant is found violating any terms and conditions.

– Any deadline mentioned by the organizer is indicative in nature. While the organizer will try to observe within the specified timelines on a best efforts basis, It cannot be held liable in any manner for its inability to do so.

– Participating teams are expected to submit original Content. Plagiarized or copied content will be cancelled categorically and the participant will not be allowed to participate in any competition conducted by myRosys thereafter.
