Apple held its special media event 2 days ago where it announced the next generation of Phones.
In his keynote speech, Apple CEO Tim Cook announced that more than 500 million people visit the Apple store each year.
The newest members of the iPhone family — iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max — which were announced at the event. They are already making a little history as these phones are blazingly fast. Not only are they fast, but according to Apple they also feature the best worldwide roaming as they have more bands than any other smartphone in the market.
We used our social media management software, myRosys, to analyze social media conversations around Apple’s media event and analyzed the user sentiments. Here are our findings:
- Word Cloud: It shows that the prominent keywords used on various social media platforms related to the Apple event. We discovered that “Apple”, “iPhone,” and “event” were used most prominently on social media platforms.
- Sentiment Analysis: Analysis of the posts shows a neutral sentiment of users, whereas word sentiment analysis shows a positive sentiment.
- Top Liked Posts: Posts on Instagram got the largest number of likes and engagement by the users.
- Top Retweeted posts: Top retweeted posts shows Apple has a huge fan following and people take no chance to miss any update about Apple’s iPhone.
Apple iPhones are known for their unique features and brand value. Hope these newly launched iPhones at the event will meet customers’ expectations.
